Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Tricolens website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Tricolens provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced for a client transfer to that client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tricolens retains the right to display work as portfolio samples unless the client requests confidentiality.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery.
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensure they have the right to use any materials they supply to us.

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tricolens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
